How to programatically perform the Built-in Self Test for S-Series Multifunction DAQ Cards?

The card that I am using is PXI NI-6120. I also would like to know what are the diagnostics utilities available for this S-Series card and how to perform them in MAX. I need to do the same programmatically also.
 
Please advice.
