The MV-1500 is a PCI digital framegrabber from a company called Optimum Vision. See website http://www.optimumvision.co.uk/mv1500.htm

Communicating with the MV-1500 will require a driver. Optimum Vision should be able to provide you with the necessary drivers.

National Instruments offers a line of digital framegrabbers (IMAQ 1424 & 1422) that are fully integrated into LabVIEW using NI-IMAQ.
