What is VBAI 3.0.1?

I current have VBAI 3.0.   I need to know specifically:

- What are the differences between VBAI 3.0.1 and VBAI 3.0? 

- Does this allow VBAI to acquire info from "network cameras"?   (Regular web cam style and/or GigE)  Saw in a post, this is supposed to be a recent feature in Vision Acquisition Software 8.2.1.

- Does it work with:

                - Vision Acquisition Software 8.2.1

                - Labview 8.20.x

(Reason I'm asking is because I found out the hard way, that VBAI 3.0 only works with Labview 8.0 (not 8.20) for Run LabVIEW steps.)

I am attaching the Readme file from Vision Builder AI 3.0.1.

VBAI 3.0.1 is a minor release that was aimed at supporting Windows Vista and fixing problems found after the 3.0 release. The readme file lists the bug fixes.

Vision Builder AI 3.0 that you currently own already supports GigE cameras. You can acquire from GigE cameras using the Acquire Image (IEEE 1394 or GigE), after you install NI-IMAQdx 3.0 or later.

VBAI 3.0 and VBAI 3.0.1 both work with Vision Acquisition 8.2.1.

For the Run LabVIEW step, VBAI 3.0.1 still requires the VIs to be written in LabVIEW 8.0.1.

However, in both VBAI 3.0 and VBAI 3.0.1, the migration to LabVIEW feature supports LabVIEW 8.2x
