VBAI custom step template follows by custom overlay

Hi everyone,

I tried to test one of the custom step templates for VBAI which is called “Coordinate System”. I added this custom step and I named it as CS. I drew a ROI with a reference coordinate system created at a previous step. Everything looks fine. But then I added a custom overlay using custom ROI on that custom step CS, the overlay just stayed there and it seemed the reference coordinate system was not in effect. Why is that? How to fix this?

Can you please elaborate on the issue so we can reproduce the situation and check if it's a reported bug or there is a workaround for it?
