LV 2019 64-Bit SP1 f5 Broken with IMAQdx 2019 and Vision Development Module 2019 SP1

I recently upgraded LV2019 (64-bit) to SP1 f5 and now I cannot create a Camera Session Control/Constant/Indicator without crashing LV. LV2019 32-Bit does not have the problem. I have confirmed on a colleague's development system that the problem is related to the f5 update.

 

Can anyone else corroborate?
