Problem installing VISA on Fedora10 (Kernel 2.6.27.5-117.fc10.x86_64)

Hi guys, i have been trying to install visa on my fedora10 laptop.

i refered to the document on http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-2928

while installin NIKAL 1.90 i get the following error:
