runtime error

Yesterday I install the ni-488.2. For some reason I unistall it. Then I want to install cvi 2017 rte, NI-daqmax and NIvisa, both of them are failed.  It said "runtime error:This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusal way. Please contact the application's support team for more information"

This might be related to your system's Regional Format.
