i have tried the search but cannot find any example ...can u post the example.vi... i have 8.2 may be that example is not in this version.....thanx for ur reply

These examples are installed with the NI-IMAQ driver. If you do not think this is installed or if you have an older version of IMAQ, you can install it from this link Vision Acquisition Software 8.5.1. This includes NI-IMAQ version 4.0.
