run time menu by right click and peroform operation

i have list of certain iteams . i want to creat a runt ime right click menu inwhich there r two option

Enable and disable. then to each the colour of list iteams changes, red or green

i created run time menu byinsert menu function and it is working but the second step to gernate event corresponing to each selection have some problems

Use it, to do the corresponding work.
