keithley 2400

hello
can we use keithley 2400 as a function generator, actually i want sin(e) varing voltage output or as a pulse and i dont want to measure anything .so can it possible with keithley 2400,i read all manual of 2400 but i didnt find anything like pulse generation.

Hello mahaveer,

function generator is nothing else than a current (or voltage) source with a variant amplitude. and keithley 2400 supports this function. so read the attachment pdf and use the example inside to generate the pulses you need. you just need 2400 as a function generator (I/V source) so you can eliminate the read commands in the example.
