how to open computer's control panel programmer?

i have a programmer named Vector hardware, i want to open it by labview, but it is not a installed software, it is at the computer's control panel list. how to open it?

by system Exec.vi?

Can you be more specific? Is Vector the manufacturer of the hardware? Do you have any documentation for it?

Here is a list of Command Line Commands for Control Panel Applets from there you should be able to figure out the command line you need to launch the Vector applet from the Systemexec.vi

More to add: Obviously you will need to know the name of the applet you are trying to launch.

I use system exec.vi. and successful for another installed software such as CSM config.

but for this free-installation vector hardware. failed to run it.

and i run calculator successfully too.
