delay 'stop' function

Hi, I've just created a VI on controlling a motor which has a range from 1-10V. And when I press the stop button, I want the motor input to be at 1 Volts before it stops. I've tried using the shift registers and case structure but it won't work correctly. Thanks in advance.

It would be very helpful if you could post your code up for us to see. Depending on your architecture it may be easy to implement. With that you should get more responses, sorry I cant help more.

Allright, thanks. Here it is. That's what I did but it will only set the voltage to 1 only at manual control.

Hello sfq,

just do it like in the attached pic.
When doing hardware stuff it's (most times) better to have a 3 step process: init, work, deinit. In your case the deinit step would be to set the motor to 1V...
