arx models

I'm trying to perform frequency analysis on a biological waveform. I'd like to use an autoregressive (ARX) model rather than FFT and just wondered if anyone has any experience implementing this in LabView (I don't have access to MatLab which I think does this) - any public domain VIs, etc. out there???

Thanks

Hi Roo,

I have found some info regarding the autoregressive modelling you are looking for. I'm not 100% that this is what you are looking for but check it out.
There is a toolkit for Labview called the Labview System Identification Toolkit. This has some of the functionality you might be looking for. Here is a link to it's page,

http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/13853

There is also some basic info here,

I thinkt he best resource for seeing if this is what you are looking for is the manual for the toolkit. This can be found below,

I hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do,
