Why do i get the error 26273 in LV 7.1 app bldr?

The first time I used application builder on my app, it worked ok.  But when I tried again I got the error "Error 26273 occurred at Build Application.vi." I Exited LabView and reran but still got the error.

The following link might help you, basically the problem is related to the Real Time Run Time Engine, the recommended step is to reinstall the RTE.
