Why can't a system executable find/open a text file when run from within labview?

The system executable runs perfectly when it is in the folder. It is able to open the text file.

However, when the executable is run through LabView, it returns that it can't open the text file.

Is this an issue that I can fix or do I have to figure out another way to pass in data?

Did you wire the "working directory" input?

Can you show us some code?

I didn't wire the working directory. I didn't realize that it required this if I put the address into the command line. 

Now that I have it wired the txt file can open.
