Programmatically turning on/off the monitor with Labview

I would like to programmatically turn on/off my monitor (or starting/stopping the screen saver) in Labview (v6.02). Is there any way to do it?

I created a VI to turn off monitor a few days ago. I'll put it on my web page for download tomorrow.

I think it's better to turn off the monitor. Becasue screen saver is software, which consume cpu time.
