Problems with resampling an unequally sampled signal

Hi there,

I am having some issues with resampling an unequally sampled signal.  The TSA Resampling vi (unequal) seems to work on some signals but on others there are major peaks and valleys that appear in the resampled signal that make it unusable. I was just wondering if anyone has any insights on what may be the limitations of this vi and if there are any alternate solutions.  

I am attaching an example of the 3 channel files I am dealing with that I put into the LV example resampling vi.
