Problem downloading LIFA

We are trying to download LIFA for labview 2013 Version 64 bit but it constantly shows error , could you please help us with this.

1.  LIFA has long since been deprecated and replaced with LINX
2. I do not believe you can use a 32bit toolkit with 64bit LabVIEW

I have no problems in downloading the package. 

Are you allowed to download from a FTP server? 

And a side note, the LIFA package is not supported any more, you should use the LINX package. 

LINX is supported by the https://www.labviewmakerhub.com/

Still shows the same error

Then you might not be able to download from a FTP server. 

Contact your IT department to verify that you are allowed to download from FTP servers.
