Hello,

How do i read POwerSupply Intake temp?

asadilan_0-1687814876653.png

I am using PXIe 8840 and NI PXIe-1078.

I could read everything except PowerSupplyIntakeTemp. I am trying to read chassis temperature.

TIA

How sure are you that the chassis supports this reading?

I just checked the "System hardware" property node on my PC and I can't even find it, with LabVIEW and supporting software using their 2021 versions.  It could be that the feature was only added recently.

I don't know exactly how old your hardware is, but I'm guessing at least 8-10 years old by the models you have.  The 8840 is listed as "Mature" and has a 4th gen Intel chip in it that probably dates from ~2014ish.  The 1078 isn't even on the list offered for sale any more.
