Pda module doesn't work

Hello.

I bought LabView 7.1 Student edition( a student on faculty of electrical engeeniring). I installed LabView and all other futures( Pda module, internet toolkit....). Before that, I installed Microsoft Embeeded Visual C++ 4.o, Microsoft Embeeded C++ SP4, SDK for Microsoft mobile Pocket pc. I start the LabView, choose Execution target : Pocket pc 2003 device, and create a simple vi, that adds to numbers together.

Under Tools/options/Run button for pda targets,  I checked Build and download application.

But when I press the run button nothing happens.

I just see the mouse cursor change to sand clock and back again. That is all. When i check my Pda there is nothing

Could someone please help.
