Could you just try to create a new project in LV2011 and insert yours VIs inside?
If you have LV2010 installed yet, your projects works now??

An other thing I had not precised : the classes (and so the VIs) are all encapsulated in a classic library (.lvlib) which is then used by the project to build the packet library.
So what do you think about, in a first time, creating a new library with labview 2011 and inserting the VIs inside ?

I just try to delete the library and then open a class (I clicked Ignore Item when it was searching library) and LV doesn't crash. So maybe the problem seems to come from this library...

Yes it's possible.
Try to rebuild the library.
If it doesn't works, it is necessary to use a library? Try to insert VI per VI on your project.

Ok finally I think the problem doesn't come from the library itself.
I copied the VIs in an other folder (all dependances of class, library...weren't found and I ignored them). All the VIs opened correctly except 2 for which I had the habitual crash.
When I was opening class, library or project before, LV was trying to recompile all the VIs and it crashed when it arrived to one of these 2 cases. (Say me if I'm wrong)
I will open them with LV 2010 to investigate on code.

I found the problem ! (but I don't explain it...)
It was coming from only one VI (the second was calling the first).
The problem comes from a property node. When I delete it I can open the VI with 2011 (and replace it).
