NI cRIO-9104 connects incorrectly to NI MAX

Hi everybody,

     The operating system I am using is Windows 10 and I am using LabVIEW 2019 (32-bit) and cRIO-9104, but I found that it cannot connect on NI MAX and has an error code Error-52005. What should I do?

Hello,

 

the cRIO-9104 is just the FPGA-Backplane. Which cRIO-controller are you using?

P.S.:

According to this KB this FPGA-backplane is supported only up to LabVIEW 2018 SP1.
