Microtest: wireless charger automatic test system

I'm using Microtest 9901: wireless charger automatic test system, is there any utility to build connection between LabVIEW and microtest system

It seems to have a DB-9 RS-232 port, an USB Device port and a remote control connector.

Their website seems very sparse about technical documentation. No download for a User Manual nor any Programmer Reference Manual.

They do sell some PC Link software as an add-on, but it is unclear if this is simply a self contained application to use their device with, or if it also contains driver interfaces in the form of DLLs, LabVIEW drivers, .Net assemblies or similar and the according documentation that is required to use them.

Depending on what their PC Link software contains, and if there are any User Manual and Programmer Reference Manual that deserve their name, there would be different approaches to use this device from LabVIEW.
