Localization of Robots

Hy Everyone, I m working on Final year project in robotics on labview where i need to localize my robots..I m using Kinect sensor to get RGB picture of my robots and as i m new with this that's why i need some help to get (x,y) coordinates and angular rotation of my robots can any body help me with this i have already tried pattern matching example and i m also attaching rgb picture getting from kinect.....PLz help me with that..
