I downloaded LV2009SP1_32.exe from NI web site (twice, to be sure). I am trying to install it on WinXP 32 bit. I am getting error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).  Click on OK to terminate the application."

Since LV2009SP1_32.exe is the only program that have this error, does it mean something is wrong with NI registry entries? How to recover from it, besides reinstalling OS?

Hello Fedor,

I would suggest using

Registry Mechanic

http://www.0xc0000005.com/registry-cleaner.html

to try fixing your registry issue.
