Keithley 2700 IVI driver will not Run on Windows 2000 PC

I developed a Application(exe) on WinNT Development System and Built the Application. When I run on a Windows 2000 PC I can Communicate with the intrument Sending Commands via interactive utility. The instrument(Keithley 2700) is an IVI Driver and I have installed the latest VISA and IVI engines. The dll was copied over to the machine. What else is missing?

You have to install the keithley driver and the ivi runtime stuff.
The best you can do is install IVI,VISA and the keithley driver on the target machine.
