Error 37 is a "Device not found" error. I would expect to see this if you ran the code and you were trying to use an interface that doesn't exist on that computer, such as a COM port. However, you said it happens when you load. The Base development version does not contain all the libraries that are provided with the Professional version. Were you by any chance using a function that only exists in the Professional version?
