Función de transferencia con retardo

Saludos,

Soy estudiante de ing electrónica y estoy realizando una investigación, tengo que ingresar una señal en labview para poder controlarla, el problema está en que la función de transferencia de mi sistema cuenta con un retardo e^-0.008*s, el cuál no sé como interpretarlo en labview. Agradezco de antemano cualquier información con la que me puedan ayudar.

When you read a signal using a DAQ device then you cannot "control" it…

What exactly do you want to interprete?

How do you want to control your system?

Some delays can be handled by the I&D gains of a PID controller…
