Front panel Tab control gets faded

As soon as i run this VI the front panel get's faded........... can anyone help me out

Hi,

change the disabled property: 2 - Disabled and grayed; 0 - Enabled.

 

Here I attache picture with this change.

when i am calling the control reference in the sub vi .some error is generated at to more specific func.I am not able to figure out that
