Error message due to unconnected Sub VI?

A Labview VI (compiled to a standalone exe) cause a error message doe to a Sub VI wich ist not connected to any other object. The same executable  runs fine on a other computer. (The unconnected VI is not used naturally)
Are there any settings for changing this behavior?

What is the error message that you are getting? What do you mean that the unconnected VI is not used on the other computer? More information please!
