Drop-Through Clicks

I've setup the LV6.1 environment setting to allow drop-through clicking. So if, say, windows explorer has the focus, when I click my labview panel the button I'm clicking actually clicks. However, If I make the window modal, then the drop-through clicking no longer works. Is there a way around this?

Hi Jim,

I looked into this some more and it appears that this wasn't fixed until later versions of LabVIEW (8.2) after 6.1.  Unfortunately there was no workaround posted with the Corrective Action Response (3U8A4DF2), but it was documented and fixed.  Have a great day!
