Do I have to restart raspberry's configuration every time I want to interface it with LabVIEW?

Yes, I was successfully able to interface LabVIEW with raspberry pi 4 model.

Today I opened LabVIEW, clicked connect and I am not able to connect. How do I connect without having to start over raspberry configuration?

Try connecting by IP address.  It's a Linux thing and I'm not very good with Linux at all.  There's probably an easy fix that I am not aware of.
