Could someone list all VI librarys on the function pallet in labVIEW base?

I'm wondering if the graphics and sound vi library on the functions pallet is included in LabVIEW base.

No. NI's LabVIEW product page lists which functions you get with the full and professional versions. The LabVIEW examples for sound and picture control also state that they are not available in the base version.
