Conectar el Compact rio al Labview

Estoy intentando conectar el compact rio con el labview pero no me lo encuentra, me dice que no tengo instalado el modulo de Real Time peor si que lo tengo. 

He borrado e instalado repetidamente los modulos necesarios y aun asi me sigue poniendo que no los tengo instalados.

It appears to me that I do not have the real time module installed and yes I do. I have deleted the modules and downloaded them again and the same thing appears.

did you read that dialog box carefully?

Your installed (recent) LabVIEW/cRIO-driver versions do not support your (old) cRIO hardware!

You need to install an older LabVIEW version with some older Realtime module/cRIO drivers...

Make sure that it is LabVIEW 64-bit that you have selected in that box. 

You have installed LabVIEW in both a 32 bit and a 64 bit version, but you have only installed the Real-time module in the 64 bit version.
