Change Graph scale label during running

I am using a XY Graph to plot two Plots (Frequency f vs magnetic Field H and Power P vs. magnetic Field H) from real- time acquired data. It allows user to choose which plot is to be plotted when the program is running. Now the question is, how can I change the Y scale label when switching plots between f vs. H and P vs. H, since the scale label in X-Y graph can only be defined in edit status (i.e. before running the program)?

Just use a property node for the graph and change "Yscale.namelabel.text", for example as in the image:
