Can a computer-based license for Labview be moved from one PC to another?  If so, how?  Thanks!

You could try the following (not sure if it will work):

On the old computer, open the NI license manager and right-click the desired license and select "deactivate". Now install on the new computer and activate the license.

Which version of Labview do you have.  I usually use the liscence manager to keep my active liscences on file at ni.
