アナログ出力とカウンターの同期方法

PCIe-6738とPCI-6602を使用してプログラムを製作しております。
上記ハードウェアを使ってアナログ2出力の電圧値とカウンター1入力の同期を取ってカウント数を表示するプログラムを製作中です。
同期を取るにはどのようにDAQ-mxを構築すればよろしいでしょうか？

またハードウェア同士の同期を取るのにRTSIケーブルが必要でしょうか？

Just replace AI with AO.

And yes, you would need RTSI to route the signals between devices.
