Is there going to be a linux version of the NXT plugin for the next release of LabView (2009)?

The NI LabVIEW 2009 NXT Module will only be supported on Windows and Mac OS platforms.

2013, four years later: are there any news about linux now?

mindstorms is running on wine, but there is no usb connection.

Therefore, we are forced to run a virtual machine only for mindstorms, the last application we use that is still not running on linux.

When are we able to get rid of windows?
