AccuMac AM8040 VISA (HEX 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed

Hi community, I am trying to communicate with AccuMac AM8040 through USB. But it always returns data "VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed" when I send "*IDN?\n". I have tested different termination character "\r" and "\r\n" but it still doesn't work. However, when using application from manufacture, everything is fine.

It looks like your instrument doesn't support SCPI commands as per the user manual.

And there is not command list documented and the manufacturer seem to point to their software only.
