i cant find the COM of the arduino UNO board on labview, what should be done ?

hey atefamr, we need a bit more information

were you able to install firmware to the board?
can you find its COM port on arduino IDE?

Are drivers correctly installed?

when using LabVIEW, have you waited long enough for the software to find the COM port? (mine takes more than 10 secs)
Is the arduino COM port available? (not been used by other software such arduino IDE)
