Running Arduino Uno code using Hobbyist toolkit

I found example code on how to control a digital potentiometer using an Arduino Uno. However, I would like the Arduino to communicate with LabVIEW and run the code when needed. I have been playing around with the Hobbyist toolkit, but I'm not sure how/where to specify the code's file path.
