Hobbyist Tool Kit Install LabVIEW 2021, Target Configuration.vi Newer than LabVIEW 2021 wont run!

As I have a desktop PC and a laptop both setup I am in the situation the Desktop works, the Laptop does not.

It appears that there is an issue with the Constructor node in the "SSH Open.vi", this one below is correct, and when you double click on the node you can see the mapping back to the dll "

On my laptop however, this is not mapped, as can be seen below when I double click onto the node;

Likewise if I do try and assign it I have the next problem which want allow it, it just doesn't make sense;

After selecting the dll, I get the following error message spat out.

Ultimately it is the SSH communications which is preventing it from working, has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

So a bit of an update, I have found the following topic which I believe is related to this problem;

It seems that .NET want work properly on my work issued laptop, but ironically works on my desktop.

It appears however running LabVIEW 2021 As Administrator appears to overcome the problem.  I am still at a lose of how to fix this so I don't have to run as administrator every time.
