Connecting Labview 2024Q3 Community Version to Arduino

I am a first-time novice trying to use Arduino Uno with LabView.  I have successfully operated the Uno with Arduino.Ide.  I cannot successfully install the Linx software following "Getting Started with Arduino and LabVIEW Community Edition" @ https://learn.ni.com/learn/article/getting-started-with-arduino-and-labview-community-edition.

All seems good until I run the Blink Example where I get Error message: 

which suggests I post this message.  Help appreciated.
