I am collecting data from analog sensors through an FP-AI-100 module which I now updates with
a frequency of 360Hz.
Data is passed to my control system using an advise rate of 10 Hz.
My questions are:
- Is the value that I pass on to the control system only a snapshot of the sensor reading
at that time or is some kind of filtering taking place between the 360 Hz signal and the
10 Hz signal (more than the 180Hz anti-aliasing filter)?
-If not, can i LP filter the high frequency signal in some way and still use the advise
rate of 10 Hz or do I then have to use a separate filter between the sensor and the FP-module?
I am not very experienced in labview/fieldpoint and any hint would probably help me a lot.
