You should probably put a little more detail in your two questions. Which compact Fieldpoint and thermocouple module are you using? Is it a controller, or just a remote network module?
If you go to MAX, expan Remote Systems and you should see your Fieldpoint device. Right click on it and select Find Devices if necessary. Pick the thermocouple module and select the Channel configuration tab. You can select each module and it will show the units of interest under Data Configuration / Range. Change them there if needed and select Apply.
