Website frequently likes to be in Spanish despite USA (English) Selection

Not sure what's going on with this website.  I get that it's likely making some geographic decisions... but I can tell you that should not be the case here.  I've selected USA (English) but... well look at the picture.

I am set to USA (English) as well, but my website is in French!

Ok, as soon as I hit Reply, it reverted to English. I don't know if it's the act of interacting with the website in this way that fixed it, but I had been having this problem for a while now. I also submitted feedback for ni.com, but that was literally minutes before I came to the forums to see if others had been having the same issue. I had tried setting the location to USA (English) a while ago.

My google searches show up ni.com references in spanish but turn to English once I navigate to ni.com, I am based out of US and no VPN.

It's weird how some of it is in Spanish and some of it is not.  Same for myself
