Pressing the "options" pulldown in any posts immediately scrolls page to top

Subject says it all. We need to scroll back down to be able to get to the context menu that was just pulled out from under the mouse.

Clicking a spoiler tag inside a post will jump you to the top of that page too.

Update: We have an idea of what happened but are still trying to determine the way to fix it. Thank you for your patience.

I can't edit messages anymore.

If I click "Options", the menu shows and immediately the page jumps to the top of the thread. When I scroll down, the menu is gone.

Repeating gives the same result... Ad Infinitum*.

This also breaks mark as solution, report to moderator, bookmark, subscribe, etc..

Using Edge (up to date)...

* Actually, once in 10 times the menu is there when I scroll down. But it's tedious.

For me the menu is always there - as long as you only scroll the webpage without clicking anywhere…
