Can't Attach File using Google Chrome

I don't know if this has been pointed out already or not, but I am not able to attach files while using Google Chrome.  Firefox is fine.

Yes, it has been pointed out here.

 

You should be able to attach files with three letter extensions (images, etc.) it seems only the attachment of Vis (*.vi, two letter extension!) is broken in Chrome and Safari.

Note that is only broken when the web server is broken.  I can successfully upload files to other host webservers with *.vi extensions.  This is a Lithium/Server problem not a  browser problem.  Fix Lithium.
