Samantha Module Connection Problem HELP?!?!?

I have a problem with the samantha FCS... I have everything set up right... or at least i think i do, but when I try to connect the samantha module to FCS it says "OFFLINE" or it does appaer at all. do you have to have a certain software on your nxt brick because I am pretty clueless. If any additional information is needed, then it will be provided to help me fix this problem.

Especially look at the steps for configuring the Samantha with a USB. What lights do you see on the samantha module?

Hi Kevin_F,

This is the first year for our team Beyond Infinity, and we are having a little trouble with samantha module also. We are unable to locate the samantha.hex file. Can you please help us with this? Is there anywhere we can download it seperatly? It is not in our Samantha Field Control System folder or inside our Labview Programs. Thanks in advance!!!
