Internal error when opening the remote control editor

Everytime we try to open the remote control editor on Labview 2012 we get an internal error.  When we first start up labview we can open the editor, but as soon as we click Find NXT under the NXT drop down menu the NXT bluetooth thing never pops up.  After we try this and then try the controller editor it will not open we just get an internal error.

This has been solved, we just reinstalled labview.
